You vs. You

Summary of Main Ideas

You know that arch enemy? The one that no matter what you do, or where you go, they’re always there?

GNC had a campaign a few years ago. It was four words.

“It’s you vs. you.”

That’s it. They understood that they greatest competitor that you’ll ever face is yourself. The person in your life most responsible for your shortcomings is you.

The rest of the world does not matter if you can’t get past yourself.

Here at 2Words, we have created a culture that demands performance and excellence and execution. The reason that we demand so much from ourselves is that we believe in rou product. We believe that what we are doing can change an entire generation of people.

We wanted to give away scholarships, so we made it happen. We wanted to talk to top coaches across the country, so started pounding the keyboards and made it happen.

When you believe in something, you fight for it.

What would you stay up late for? What’s something that you would fight for? What is that you believe in so much that you’re willing to scrap, bleed, fight, and go to war for?

You and your dreams are worth fighting for, because inside of you is something only you can bring.

Here’s an assignment for you this week: Write down 7  reasons that you’re worth fighting for. Worth demanding more for.

When you believe in yourself, you’ll demand more from yourself, which will increase your training, which will raise your execution, which will take down your opponent.

Let’s get to work.

"I demand more of myself than anyone else ever could." Tony Robbins

“Ideas are nothing, and execution is everything.” Gary Vaynerchuk
